Field Trip to NC Museum of Art
On Saturday, February 28th, our “Faith in Public” ministry took a field trip to The NC Museum of Art to see an exhibit called “The Book of Esther in the Age of Rembrandt.” The group decided to learn more about Esther before taking the trip to Raleigh to see the exhibit together. Emmanuel Welcomes CIS Construction Skills
We are excited to expand our partnership with Communities in Schools of High Point (CIS) by welcoming their Construction Skills program to our Emmanuel building. This program equips youth with practical, marketable skills while promoting teamwork, hard work, and leadership. They will meet on two Saturdays a month and use one classroom for storage and planning. Emmanuel Hosts High Point “School Resource Room”
Yesterday was a joyful day as we celebrated the Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting for the “School Resource Room” that is located here in our building but serves all of High Point.
