We live out God’s love by celebrating and affirming all people and inviting them to join us in the mission we share.
Welcome
As followers of Christ, we at Emmanuel Lutheran believe we are called to live in unity with all of creation. Therefore, we are committed to serving God and sharing Christ’s love with all people regardless of age, socio-economic status, gender expression, sexual orientation, race, culture, ethnicity, language, beliefs, physical or mental health or ability, faith, doubt, family composition, political affiliation, or any other category that divides us. By God’s grace, you are welcome here. Come and see.
We are a Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Congregation.
ReconcilingWorks is committed to the work of bringing the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and white communities together. As an RIC congregation, Emmanuel Lutheran Church participates in this ongoing process of communication, learning, and improvement. We have been an RIC partner congregation since 2019.
Accessibility
- We have hearing assistance in the sanctuary. Simply ask the sound tech at the back of the sanctuary for assistance.
- We have large print bulletins available, and they include all the liturgy and hymns for your convenience.
- Our whole building is on one level. The sanctuary includes a ramp up to the altar for access to Holy Communion, or we will bring communion to you in your seat.
- The bathrooms are accessible, and there is a single occupancy restroom available for comfort and convenience.
Children are Most Welcome
We love having children join us in worship. Be assured that their noises and joy-filled presence are wonderful additions to our time of worship. Our hope is that they would worship with us in whatever way they are able. If needed, there is an unstaffed nursery space available. It can be found by turning left as you exit the worship space and then turning right at the hallway. There is a speaker, so you can hear worship.
